Responsible Disclosure

We appreciate the security community. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Chapterwise, we want to hear about it and to work with you in good faith to resolve it.

How to report

Please report suspected vulnerabilities privately, with enough detail for us to reproduce the issue: what you found, where, and the steps to trigger it.

Roadmap A dedicated responsible-disclosure contact address will be published here before general availability. Until then, reports can be raised through the account or support channel you were onboarded with.

Please do

  • Give us a reasonable chance to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure.
  • Use only test or dummy data, and only accounts and households you own.
  • Provide clear, reproducible steps.

Please don't

  • Access, modify, or delete data that isn't yours.
  • Run denial-of-service tests, spam, or social-engineering against people.
  • Publicly disclose a vulnerability before we've had a chance to address it.

Scope

This is a coordinated-disclosure process, not a paid bug-bounty program. We don't currently offer monetary rewards, and we'll acknowledge researchers who help us improve where appropriate and with their consent.
